The LuxPowertek PGEM MAX 16 kWh is a high-end home storage battery tailored for residential solar systems.
Its LiFePO4 chemistry ensures excellent safety and long cycle life. This model delivers 16.076 kWh nominal capacity and tolerates deep discharges (up to 90% usable DoD) without premature degradation. It is wall-mountable, saving floor space, and includes built-in fire suppression, adding an extra layer of safety.
The smart BMS provides multi-level protection against overcharge/over-discharge, short-circuit, reverse polarity, and cell imbalance. With high round-trip efficiency (~97%) and CAN/RS485 connectivity, it integrates seamlessly with common hybrid inverters (e.g. LuxPowertek GEN2, LXP series) for off-grid or backup applications.
The PGEM MAX supports up to 50 units in parallel (≈803.8 kWh total), making it scalable for very high-demand households. It carries a 10-year/8000-cycle warranty.
