Shipments and returns
We proceed to the shipment of the purchase made within a period of 1 business day. The delivery time for products in stock, is 1 business day for orders made cash on delivery (COD) and sent by MRW, and 1 business day from receipt of payment for orders paid by bank transfer, Paypal and credit card.
The payments made by credit cards and Paypal are usually instantaneous so your shipment would also be processed in 1 business day.
Bank transfer payments can be processed within a period of 1 to 4 days, depending on the entity issuing the payment, making delivery time depend on that period.
It can be considered as a general rule, that the products are received by the customer on the first business day after placing the order, provided that the order is processed before 16:00h. In the (rare) case that due to stock error the product was not available, the delivery time will be indicated and the customer can decide whether to keep the order or cancel it. Shuold you prefer to cancel it, any amount that the customer has paid will be returned in full by the same payment method used to do the initial payment.
All parcell shipments will be managed by Grupo Enymova / Ensol.es who will use third party means to deliver the goods.
We mainly trust the parcel delivery to MRW for shipments of less than 80kgs per shipment (total weight) and refunds. MRW has the following advantages for customers:
- Home delivery in 24 hours from your shipment by MRW, meaning "24 hours" delivery the day after the shipment, 2 days to service 48 hours and 3 days for those who have 72 hours service.
- Fixed charge of 3€ for COD (only possible with MRW).
- Insured shipments, home delivery, possible follow-up of the status of the shipment through the internet, and possibility of picking up the delivery in the office in case of preferring it or not being at the delivery address.
For shipments of greater weight and / or measures than those permitted by MRW, Grupo Enymova uses Rhenus Logistics. This is not an urgent delivery courier but a normal (slower) transport company delivering normally between 48 and 96 hours, although it is generally delivered within a period of no more than 72 hours (Spain mainland).
The shipping costs are calculated before completing your order and are detailed before final purchase. Depending on weight, agency and where it is sent, the cost may vary, although there are products that, given their nature (measures, weight), may exceed € 40. Certain products are delivered FREE OF CHARGE.
Should any shipped parcel(s) be refused or not accepted by the recipient/customer for any reason unrelated to Grupo Enymova, SL / Ensol.es, we will claim the shipping costs to the recipient thereof, as well as those caused by the return, forcing the recipient/costumer to the total payment of the expenses that this entails.

If you want to buy a product of large size and weight (batteries, solar panels, generators ...), the shipping rate to apply will be dictated by the scale of the transport company, as long as the online shop doesnt show that the product is free of charge.
Not all products are shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, so we recommend asking us beforehand, as well as the shipping cost for any of these destinations.
